Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. All fees are quoted in Euros and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which shall be the responsibility of the client.

Intellectual Property

The BoldNebula website, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by BoldNebula B.V. and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent. Client-specific work products and deliverables will be subject to ownership and licensing terms specified in individual service agreements.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to mediation before resorting to litigation. Any mediation or litigation shall be conducted in the English language in the Netherlands in accordance with Dutch law and procedures.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service relationship at any time with reasonable notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. BoldNebula reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website and services immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to our business or other users. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and any outstanding fees shall become immediately due and payable.

Force Majeure

BoldNebula shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms or any service agreement due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, government actions, or technical failures of third-party services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired. The invalid provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

Modifications to Terms
